1. A copy of the certificate of state registration of a legal entity or a certificate of entering information about a legal entity registered before July 1, 2002 into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRLE), or an extract from the USRLE no more than one month old
2. A copy of the certificate of tax registration or an extract from the USRLE no more than one month old
3. Copy of the Charter (other constituent document) of the legal entity
4. Copies of documents confirming the authority of the head of the legal entity, containing the decision of the competent management body of the legal entity on the election/appointment of the head, or an extract from the USRLE no more than one month old
5. A copy of the list of participants (for OOO) or an extract from the USRLE no more than one month old, or a copy of an extract from the share register (public company)
6. A copy of the letter of attorney of the person authorized to conclude the contract (if the contract is not signed by the head of the legal entity, but only if this contract is signed by a person authorized to enter into a contract by letter of attorney)
7. A copy of the enabling documentation (if the relevant type of activity requires the presence of enabling documentation)
If necessary, we may request additional documents and / or information, and we reserve the right to independently collect the necessary documents and information using any publicly available sources.
The requirement to provide additional documents and (or) information must be motivated.
Copies of the above mentioned documents must be certified with the signature of the head ( the person authorized to certify documents by letter of attorney) and the seal of the legal entity.
